If you are hiring a foreign domestic helper and your contract is about to expire in 6 months, then you may need to proceed with a Contract Renewal.

Indonesian Domestic Helper Renewal

Renewal Walk-in Service fee HK$3,499. Online Service fee HK$2,299 up, only applicable for FPS or bank transfer.

The standard service Package shall include

1. ID 407 Consulate Notarization fee
2. FDH HK Employment Visa fee
3. Time Costs of a standard preparation of documents fee
4. Medical Check at HK X-Ray Lab

Filipino Domestic Helper Renewal

Renewal Walk-in Service fee HK$2,899. Online Service fee HK$1,699 up, only applicable for FPS or bank transfer.

1. OWWA membership fees
2. ID 407 Consulate Notarization fee
3. FDH HK Employment Visa fee
4. Time Costs of a standard preparation of documents fee

Surcharge

Additional fee will be charged at below situations

1. If because of the personal reasons, the employer was on the "Watch List" or "Blacklist" by the Consulate or the Hong Kong Immigration Department and need our staff for assitance, the employer is required to pay an additional fee of HK$1,500/visit.
2. We surcharge urgent fee HKD500 for those visa date is less than 61 days.

2. Payment of Service Fee
   Please deposit the service fee to our FPS account (account No.4584983) and retain the deposit receipt.

4. Signing of Contract
   Our Customer Service Officer will arrange an appointment time for you and your helper to sign the new documents for the renewal of contract. Please bring along the helper’s passport, a passport size photo and current contract with the helper to our designated branch office.
5. Delivery of Document
   Upon visa approval, we shall contact you to get back the document at our office, including the passport of the helper.

 

Terms and Conditions

1. Incomplete renewal is not refundable
2. Confirmed renewal order is not transferable and extendable.
3. If case of dispute, KL Home Care Ltd. reserves the right of final arbitrations.
4. Special Promotion is restricted to Online Renewal only
